The Rural Municipality of Mountain encourages all residents to visit our library and enjoy an excellent selection of books for adults and children of all ages, magazines, DVDs, and free internet access. All members of the Municipality are eligible to a free membership. This membership provides access to all physical resources, as well as a variety of online resources. Online resources include Libby which provides access to E-books, E-Magazines, and E-Audiobooks, Kanopy which provides online video streaming, and EBSCOHOST which offers a variety of databases including manuals and instructions for small engine repair, automotive repair manuals, and a variety of academic papers.
